HAM UPSIDE-DOWN CASSEROLE
1 1/2 cups cubed, cooked ham
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup lima beans, cooked and drained
1 (8 oz.) can cream style corn
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
2 tbsp. minced onions
FOR THE BATTER:
2/3 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/3 cup cornmeal
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Mix ham, beans, corn, cheese, onions, and Worcestershire sauce. Turn into the prepared casserole.
Cover and bake 15 minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over hot meat mixture, spreading batter evenly to edges of casserole.
Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes.
Cut into wedges and invert each onto a plate. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
