Recipe(tried): I Hate Broccoli Casserole

2 10 oz pkgs. chopped frozen broccoli drained well, or use fresh chopped
6 Tbs. butter or margarine
1/4 C chopped onion
2 tsp.flour
1/2 C water
8 oz. cheese whiz
3 beaten eggs
20 ritz crackers crumbled
2 Tbs more butter or margarine
Melt the 6 Tbs. butter and saute onions. Add 2 tsp. flour and the water. When
mixed and thickened add the cheese whiz and beaten eggs. Arrange broccoli in a
greased baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Top with the Ritz crackers and
dot with the remaining 2Tbs. butter. Bake in 350 oven for 30-45 minutes.
