Recipe: Berry Mango Salsa

Toppings - Salsas
BERRY MANGO SALSA

"This is a nice accompaniment to grilled meat."

1 cup pineapple, finely diced
1/2 cup mango, finely diced
1 cup strawberries, hulled and finely diced
1 tablespoon crystallized ginger, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons brown sugar

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Store in the
refrigerator up to two days.

Makes 2 cups (8 servings)
