Recipe: Layered Iceburg Salad

Layered Iceburg Salad

Makes 12 servings

1 medium head iceburg lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen peas, cooked and drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon. fried and crumbled

Place ingredients, in order given, in a 13x9 glass dish or large glass bowl. Chill 6-8 hours.
