Simple Cream Cheese Icing

Excellent for carrot cake.
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup melted margarine (1 stick)
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 lb powdered sugar
Mix all ingredients well with a mixer on high speed until smooth.
