Recipe(tried): Lemon Curd Fondue

Steve, my family are lemon LOVERS....and that is an understatement!!! Here is a recipe which we just LOVE, especially in the summer....very refreshing! But, we don't wait for summer to eat it! We have this year round! Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!!

LEMON CURD FONDUE

6 oz. Cream Cheese
6 oz. Whipping Cream (2/3 cup, whipped
3 oz. Lemon Curd (weigh on scale)
1/3 cup Powdered Sugar
Pinch of Salt

Blend together all ingredients well. Chill.

Skewer fruit (strawberries, peaches, or other) and dip away!
