Recipe: Mango Salsa

Toppings - Salsas
This dish complements ham & pork dishes.

Mango Salsa

1 lb. peeled, seeded & cubed fresh ripe mangoes
1/4 cup or to taste fresh chopped cilantro
2 tb. lime juice
1 pinch ground cumin
1 pinch ground white pepper
salt to taste

In a bowl combine all ingredients. Cover & refrigerate. Serve chilled.
