Recipe: Salsa Cruda

Toppings - Salsas
Salsa Cruda

4 large tomatoes
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 large onions
1 small green bell pepper
2 to 3 (more or less to taste) chopped jalape o peppers
2 bunches cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste

If using a food processor, puree 1 tomatoes and the garlic together. Add other ingredients and process to a coarse chop.

If not using a food processor, chop all ingredients and mix together.

Serve salsa as a relish, garnish or a dip for tortilla chips.
