Margarita Chicken Glaze
for chicken or fish
Makes enough glaze for 1 whole chicken

1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup lime marmalade
1/2 cup jalapeno jelly
zest of 1 lime

Brown the garlic in the olive oil. Add the marmalade and jelly; stir until they melt.

Spoon the glaze over chicken in the last 10 minutes of grilling, as the sugar can burn.
