Pizza/Focaccia Mini Pizza

I guess I am into snacks or appetizers today. This is another of our favorites. I hope you will enjoy them, too.
1 Pkg Small Snack Size Pita Bread
Pizza Sauce
Toppings, as desired. I have used:
Shredded Cheese, mixed or any kind desired.
Cooked Ground Beef Mixture with Onions & Peppers,
Cooked Mushrooms, Pepperoni, chopped or whole slices.
I have used any or all of these.
Cut Pita Breads in half making two rounds.
Layer with the following:
Pizza Sauce
Cheeses
Vegetables & Meats
Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 15 minutes or until desired doneness. Serve warm.
Enjoy!
