Sausage Cheese Balls With Mustard Dipping Sauce

My Husband loves these for a snack, however, they make a great appetizer.

3 cups bisquick
1 pound Bob Evans pork sausage (original or hot & zesty)
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese ( 16 oz.)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a jelly roll pan (15 1/2 X 1 inch.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Place in pan.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm with mustard dipping sauce.

Mustard Dipping Sauce

1 cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise
1/3 cup French’s mustard

Whisk together.

Can be made in any amount using 3 parts Mayonnaise to 1 part Mustard.
