ORIENTAL SESAME GINGER DRESSING WITH HONEY
This is very good!
4 Tbsp canola oil
2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp honey
2 tsp fresh grated ginger (I use a microplane)
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp dark sesame oil*
Mix all and shake well.
Pour over salad or use as a marinade for grilling chicken or fish.
*Can be made without the dark sesame oil, but it really adds a lot of flavor!
