Recipe(tried): Peanut Butter and Cornflake Gems

Desserts - Cookies, Brownies, Bars
I used to make these all the time when I had my daycare and the children loved them. It's funny, I had this on my To Do list today but didn't get to them....there's always tomorrow!

1 cup sugar
1 cup karo syrup
Bring to a rolling boil.
Stir in:
1 cup peanut butter
4 tablespoons butter
Add:
1 1/2 quarts cornflakes
Stir until all cornflakes are covered.
Drop by tablespoon onto waxed paper until set.
