Recipe: Pizza Quiche
Breakfast and Brunch Pizza Quiche

8 inch pie shell (Pre cooked) or store bought
5 whole eggs
one pint heavy cream or Half and Half
1 cup of your favorite toppings
(pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions) chopped
2 cups pizza cheese
1/2 teaspoon oregano
dash salt and pepper
Preheat oven 350F
Mix eggs, and cream together and add the spices. Place toppings into the pie shell and a little of the cheese. Pour on egg mix then add the rest of the cheese. Place quiche onto cookie sheet then place into oven and set timer for 20 minutes, check, then rotate it, then cook until done about 10-20 more minutes. Remove from oven let stand 10-15 minutes then slice and serve.
