 POOR MAN'S FILET MIGNON

2 lbs ground beef -- 500gr
1 egg -- beaten
8 slices bacon
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper -- to taste

Add all ingredieants together, less the bacon. Shape into 4 round patties. Wrap 2 bacon strips around each patty. Use tooth picks to hold bacon strips to patties. Bake at 350 F-180 C for 45 min. - 1hr. or until done.
