SHEPHERD'S PIE

1 can Beefy Mushroom soup
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked roast beef
2 eggs, hard-boiled
Basil Thyme, Salt & Pepper, to taste
Mix soup and cream, heat and stir on low. Add all other ingredients. Preheat oven to 400 F-200 C . Spread hash in large baking dish and cover with fresh hot fauxtatoes. Coat with melted butter. Bake until fauxtatoes are browned. Enjoy!

3 celery Root
1/4 cup heavy cream
4 tbsp butter -- or 1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1) Place about 5 cups of water in a large pot fitted with a steamer and a lid. Bring to a boil.
2) Chop off the roots and peel off the outside layer of skin from the celery roots, being careful to remove all the brown. Cut each celery root into about 12 pieces, and place pieces in the steamer. Steam until very soft when poked with a fork, about 20 minutes.
3) Transfer the celery root to a food processor. Add the cream and butter and puree until smooth. (If you don't have a food processor, you can use an electric mixer.) Add additional cream or butter to achieve desired consistency. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
