Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
Mel/Kent - Tere is another tasty and easy recipe for you. As you will see on the recipe, these are usually used as appetizers HOWEVER they are very nice served over hot rice.

Quick and Easy Sweet 'n Sour Meatballs

1 (12 oz) bottle chili sauce
1 (10 oz) jar grape jelly
1 pkg frozen meatballs

Simmer Sauce Directions: Combine chili sauce and grape jelly in a medium saucepan (or same electric skillet); stir well until jelly is melted. Add meatballs and simmer UNCOVERED on low for 30 minutes (to thicken the sauce), stirring occasionally.

Serve hot meatballs with toothpicks out of the skillet or a chafing dish set on low to keep warm. Makes about 5 dozen 1" meatballs.
