Recipe: Red Mesa Grill Pineapple Salsa

Toppings - Salsas
Pineapple Salsa

2 cups pineapple tidbits
1/2 medium red onion, diced
1 fresh jalapeno, minced
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp real lime juice
1 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp salt

Mix all well -- better after setting 1 day so flavors blend

Excellent on shrimp or pork
