Salmon (Or Tuna) and Pea Salad
Yield: 4 Servings
1 (15 oz) can salmon or tuna, drained
1 can peas, drained
2 ribs of celery, diced
1/4 cup mayonnaise or more, to your preference
lettuce leaves
Break up the canned fish in a bowl; stir in peas and celery. Mix up with some mayonnaise.
Line bowls or plates with lettuce leaves; top with salmon salad.
