SOUR CREAM MINCE PIE
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
1 cup thick sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups mincemeat
Pastry for 2-crust pie
Mix the flour, sour cream and salt and stir in the mincemeat.
Place in a pan lined with pastry, moisten the edge with cold water and cover with the top crust. Press edges together and trim. Cut several slits in the top to allow steam to escape and brush with milk.
Bake in hot oven (450 degrees F.) for 20 to 25 minutes.
