Recipe: Spicy Country Ribs

Spicy Country Ribs

"Country-style ribs" is the cut of meat. They are a pork rib that come in both boned and boneless versions.

This recipe isn't strictly BBQ BUT it is mighty tasty!

I got this recipe from the butcher when I purchased ribs for our remodeling work party, what a HIT!

16 oz. Cola
16 oz Cider vinegar
1 tbsp Lawry's seasoned salt
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp brown sugar

Mix all ingredients in large pan on the stove. Add ribs; make sure liquid covers ribs. Boil 45 minutes, or until liquid has caramelized on the ribs. These are delicious! Make ahead of time and throw them on the grill
