Recipe: Taffy Apple Dip (using cream cheese and brown sugar)

TAFFY APPLE DIP

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
6 apples, cut into wedges (for serving)

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread mixture on a small serving plate; top with peanuts.

Serve with apple wedges.

Makes 6 servings
