Tomato Vinaigrette

2 oz. red wine vinager
8 oz. olive oil
1 teaspoons mustard (not French's)
3 oz tomato puree
fresh chopped basil
fresh chopped oregano
fresh chopped thyme
salt & pepper
combine vinegar, mustard, and tomato puree. While whisking slowly add olive oil. Season with herbs, salt and pepper to taste.
