TUNA CASSEROLE2 cups cooked, drained noodles (cook 1 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (or condensed cream of chicken soup)
1 (6 oz.) can tuna, drained
1/4 lb. grated process American cheese (1 cup)
1 tablespoon instant minced onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained
1/2 cup broken potato chips or corn chips (for topping)
Turn on oven and set at 425 degrees F (very hot).
In a 3-quart bowl, mix all ingredients together, except the potato or corn chips. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Top with broken potato chips or corn chips.
Bake 15 minutes, or until bubbly hot.
Makes 4-6 servings
