Recipe(tried): Watercress Salad

Salads - Assorted
WATERCRESS SALAD

4 cups watercress
1 cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut away coarse stems from watercress. Place watercress in a bowl. Combine above ingredients. Add to cress.
