Recipe: Yellow Squash Cassarole

Mel here is another Squash recipe you might like. A friend in CA sent it to me years ago.
Squash Medley
Clean and chunk 8 yellow crookneck squash, patty pan or zucchini.
Par boil 5 min. Place in buttered 1 1/2 qt casserole, add 2 or 3 chunked tomatoes and one onion cut up coarsley. Dot with 2 tbl. butter, salt and pepper. Cover with 1 cup grated American cheese and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake uncovered 400 degrees for 20-25 min.
