I see that it's been a while since you posted this, have you found a recipe yet? I found one for you to try. Go to http://www.cimorelli.com/pie/mangia/zabaglione.htm
I haven't tried it yet but it sounds right. I love the stuff at olive garden too.
If you have found a good recipe some where else, would you please post a responce to yourself here for the rest of us.
