ISO: Do i need parts or do I toss it?????

My Welbilt 1# breadmaker is giving me a problem. First of all, the paddle in the base of the breadmaker turns so the flat side is on the curved side. After the first kneading it stops, rests a few minutes, starts to warm up and smels like it is burning. Is it time to toss it to the curb or is their a solution? What is going on?

I do not find anywhere of the internet where I can order parts. Help!
