ISO: Mixing with a Welbilt ABM7100

I tried your bread recipe, and when I made it in my bread machine, it didn't mix all of the yeast and flour. Any ideas as to what I did. I had this machine given to me, and I don't have an instruction book fo rit. I am going to order one, but need a solution in the meantime.

I can't be sure if you machine is working properly, but look inside during the first kneading and if flour in the corners aren't mixing in, slip a rubber spatula down the sides pushing the flour into the dough (be careful not to hit the blade). Also, you can remove the dough after the first knead, mix anything in that didn't get incorporated and return the dough to the bread machine pan for rising. I hope that's a help.
