I also lucked out in getting a hold of a Welbilt bread machine, used but still in the original box with the owner's manual. This is for model
ABM600-1. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!--only thing is, yes,
there is what is called a "dough mixing blade".
It is about 2 inches long, curved somewhat with
the hole thru it so it can slide onto the shaft
inside the inner pot. It's brown and I'VE LOST
MINE!!!!! Any suggestions to find the thing??

It gets suck inside the end of the loaf and
upon slicing is removed. I took the last loaf
of bread up to work to share with co-workers, cut
out the blade, ate the crumbs off, (It was so good, Wheat berry nut, I think) and wrapped it up
in a piece of napkin to take happily home, but
upon arriving home, emptying packages, it's gone~
I guess I threw it without knowing.
