HELP!

We moved, but the book with recipes and instructions for our AWelbilt Bread Machine model BM3300 (yes, it's old) didn't move with us. I think it was accidentally put in the trash by one of our many helpful friends...

Unfortunately, I'm one of those souls with a Teflon (non-stick) brain, and can't remember ANY of the procedures or recipes.

Can somebody help us?
