ISO: AMB6200 grinding noise

Misc.

I also have a grinding noise coming from my ABM6200. How can I tell if it's breaking or just chugging along? The noise is very loud and scares me. I'm afraid it will catch on fire. Tried to call 1-800-872-1656 as directed in manual, but it no longer is a working number. How can I contact someone from Welbilt?
