I recently rcvd an older Welbilt Bread Machine AMB100-3 and other than the recipe book, I was pretty clueless. I did try the box method with satisfactory results, although crust was too hard at the bottom and bread may have cooled too long. It still was yummy! This site was great at helping me out without having to buy instructions from others online. I can now experiment with my own recipe! Thanks, Betsy! And of course, any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
