ISO: GINA...I am making your delicious pork chops marinated in sour orange

Misc.
and topped with orange marmalade for dinner tonight (Tia's Ara Delectable Pork Chops) and thought I would ask if you put the marinade in the baking pan or discard it. I have discarded it in the past, but just wondered what you do. We really love these chops.

Sure hope you are having fun in your new kitchen!
