Gladys nephew

I just read your posts from early December about your nephew being diagnosed with Autism. I have worked with some wonderful & very bright children with autism and many families believe strongly in the gluten free diet to help. I wondered since you are so knowledgable in the culinary world if you may be able to help the family research that area. Just an idea.
