Sorry it has taken this long to reply but I see you have a wonderful thread going on about these sour oranges!

I am currently at my daughter's home helping out. I have answered below AJ's and Manyhat's note....

I usually just discard the marinade. Aren't those chops good though? I am so happy you enjoy that recipe.
