ISO: homemeade numete

If you ever find a recipe for numete please share it with me. I loved Worthingtons Numete and was really disappointed when it was discontinued. It was definitely one of my favorites!

I have tried the Cedar Lake Nuti loaf and it is similar but just not quite the same. Something about the taste and texture.
