ISO: Need recipes/ideas for pork loin roast

Misc.
Hi everyone. I bought a couple pork loin roasts for the first time ever and I'm not sure how to cook them. I am in desperate need of some good tried and true recipes, the more the better, as I have a picky DH.

We like Asian, spicy, herbs, onions, etc. I like the idea of pork and apples together, as this has worked well when I've used pork chops. We don't like mustard, though, which kind of limits us.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Dianne
