ISO: Wonton Wrappers....

I purchased 2 packages of wonton wrappers at the grocery store yesterday. I have no idea what to make with them, but they looked like fun to cook with. I tried a search and didn't find any possibilities that I thought my family would like. Have any ideas? I have a recipe for spinach and cheese ravioli and will do them if I can't come up with anything else. Thanks so much.
