You Can freeze the won ton wrappers as well - they will keep 3 - 6 months. I use them a lot - use them instead of rolling out thin pastry - here are a few ideas:
1. Chinese Pork Dumplings
2. Chinese Won Tons
3. Tortellini (chicken)
You can either fry them or steam them. If you would like any recipes just ask.
