Barbara, Memphis - I'm so glad it worked out, I am anxious to try it....

Misc.
but DH and I just got back from the trip he surprised me with for our 30th anniversay and I'll be sticking to Dean Ornish eating rules to make up for our culinary celebrations!
DH whisked me off to San Diego for a couple days and we dined twice in our favorite restaurant there, World Famous. We had reservations for another favorite, Osterio Pane Vino also, but DH again suprised me by taking me to a Padres game. (Never order the Big Dog at Petco Park, unless you have a gang to share it with! It's HUGE!)
I had a great Mahi-Mahi covered with a roasted paper-thin slice of butternut squash at World Famous while DH feasted on a thick pork loin chop with apricot/chipolte sauce and World Famous' scalloped taters...and the list goes on over the three days and two nights we were there. Just before catching our flight home yesterday we shared a Soppresatta sandwich in Little Italy! We did do a lot of walking on the beach and around town, so it wasn't a total bust, but I'll be eating strictly for the next month or so....and dreaming of Mounds Cake!
