Your quick little recipe impressed me and I've worked in the culinary field for 20 years coast to coast! I have a small change for your recipe that makes it even more similar to girl scout cookies, Just add some powdered sugar to the peanut butter then spread! The ritz crackers were ingenious to cut time and know one has any idea! My variation takes the saltiness away from the cracker and the peanut butter!
