Dear June,

What a wonderful celebration! And all those delicious dishes that are reminiscent of familiar times...it will make for a fabulous time with loved ones!

I hope you get some time to post some of them, the pierogies sound delish!! You are very lucky to be the holder of such family treasures...I hold dear to my heart my Aunt Estelvina's Chicken Pie Recipe. And that they are spattered shows the love and passion your loved one had for these dishes!!

I am bringing some of the quiche to my Mom, it really came out delicious!! Tonight I am making Tuna Wiggle for my DH...(basically it is a white, medium cream sauce seasoned with salt and pepper and mixed with flaked tuna and peas) can you imagine? But hey, that's his absolute favorite dish from boyhood! Go figure!!
