Gladys, I Have Been Researching the Dessert....

Misc.
Dearest Gladys,

My gosh, this must be the world's best kept secret! I spend over an hour searching the internest for the Ponche Romano...it's incredibly hard to get any info on this dessert. I did stumble on your messages and others responding when I googled PONCHE ROMANO.

I will go to the library tomorrow and do some more searching. I checked all my latin american cookbooks and "nada".

It sure does sound like a Spanish dessert, from Spain, not Cuban.

I will keep on searching til I find it.
