Saw your message tonight and had to laugh - I can't even spell my own name! Anyhow, I'm going to save your recipes and try them next year. I'll be working this year both Wed. and Fri., so it'll be lucky to just get the basics done on Thursday. Keep us all posted as you start planning Christmas dinner!
