After all is said and done, I decided to make the Broccoli and Cauliflower au Gratin with Seasoned Bread Crumbs for Thanksgiving but I'll absolutely make the spinach for Christmas dinner, and probably once before, too. I think it would be important to give it a trial run before Christmas. Of course, the real reason is that I don't think I can wait that long to try it:-)
