Misc.Do you have a Panader a Espa ola or Cubana near your home? I had eaten the Ponche Romano at the Panader a Siglo Veinte, Kasalta (the one in the picture), La Ceiba (the best Ponche Romano in Puerto Rico)- all of them in San Juan. Now I buy it at Panader a Poinciana (Ponce). But unfortunately, they do not share the recipe.
