Recipe: Dearest Gina: My best compliments to the Chef!!!!!!

I certainly will copy & cherish the whole MENU, because it is a document to remember.

This year, for the first time, I will move the celebration to my niece's Coqui home. She said that it was time that I took some rest. I think that I will defer to their wish & I will be available to help in whatever is necessary. It is hard for me to pass on the control & planning of the activity to her but she must learn as I did, out of neccessity & with careful planning.

By the way, I ordered a Ponche Romano as one of the desserts from Poinciana Bakery. I am trying to convince Vanessa (the owner) to share her recipe but of course she said that I would not be buying it if I had the recipe.

Could you ask dear Gina if she knows someone that can share that recipe with us.
