Great Mickey!!

Misc.
Hi Mickey!

Great, I am so happy to hear you all enjoy it! It is a delicious recipe...to think the first time I tasted it was when I was 20 years old...now I am fifty! It is very, very good served with the eye round roast I make or with pot roast. Anything that has gravy, especially a brisket is yummy with it.

I believe Jewish people call this dish a KUGEL. There are also recipes for Sweet Noodle Pudding which is made with eggs, cream, cinnamon, noodles...quite delicious too!

Enjoy! Gina
