Inflate That Flat Cookie!

Flat cookies are a big disappointment...loss of time and supplies. The bigges mistake for most flat cookies is not thoroughly creaming your butters and sugars together. This step should look almost frosting-like. Ensure you are taking enough time for this procedure. Of course, you could shop around for a different recipe. There are so many variations of everything. You need to find the one that fits your style/taste/need. Hope this helps;)
